Hockey Scholarship Information:

2011 Hockey Scholarship             (back)

Hockey Scholarship - $3,000
(Four scholarships per year, each at $750 per scholarship)

This scholarship will be awarded to the candidate selected based on the following criteria:

  • A correctly completed application form answering all questions (CLICK HERE).
  • Applicants must be between 8 to 14 years of age.
  • Average grade level no less than "C"
  • Be actively playing in any league, from house to AAA, within the last two years.
  • A typed essay on the following topic:
         Why is hockey fun for you and what does hockey mean to you?

All scholarships are payable to the league to which the winners are playing for, "FBO" (For Benefit Of) the player awarded.
