2010 Hockey Scholarship             (back)

Hockey Scholarship - $2,000
(Four scholarships per year, each at $500 per scholarship)

This scholarship will be awarded to the candidate selected based on the following criteria:

• A correctly completed application form answering all questions (CLICK HERE).
• Applicants must be between 8 to 14 years of age.
• Average grade level no less than "C"
• Be actively playing in any league, from house to AAA, within the last two years.
• A typed essay on either of the following topics:
  
  1. How do you define sportsmanship?
  2. Why do you like playing Hockey?

All scholarships are payable to the league to which the winners are playing for, "FBO" (For Benefit Of) the player awarded.
